Terms of Service

You must be at least the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction (18+ where required). You may not use the Service if you are prohibited from receiving services under applicable sanctions or export laws.

You represent that registration information you supply is accurate and that you will keep it current.

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that risk safety, violate law, or materially breach these Terms.

You agree not to harass, threaten, defraud, spam, scrape in violation of technical limits, reverse engineer except where permitted by law, or upload malware.

You may not post unlawful content, intimate imagery shared without consent, or content that sexualizes minors. We may remove content and take enforcement action consistent with our policies and law.

You retain rights to content you submit. To operate the Service, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, transmit, and process your content as needed to provide features you choose to use.

You confirm you have the rights needed to grant this license.

We may introduce or retire features. Where practical we communicate significant changes in-product; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of updates that apply to you.

Some jurisdictions afford consumers distinct rights—nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable protections.

The Service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that matches will meet expectations.

We are not responsible for conduct of other users; we provide tools and policies to reduce harm but cannot eliminate risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrueConnection and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or fifty euros (EUR), except where prohibited.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk, or legal obligation.

Provisions that by nature should survive—such as dispute provisions and liability limits—remain in effect.

Unless mandatory local law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws designated by your operator for the deployment you use, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Courts or arbitration venues follow your operator’s published choice—check deployment documentation.
